Responsibilities
- Supervise all kitchen staff including CDPs, kitchen porters and kitchen assistants
- Delegate tasks and ensure time‑efficient food preparation
- Train and mentor team members as needed
- Lead service in the assigned kitchen following specifications and instruction from the senior chef team
- Plan and manage timelines for food prep, cooking, and service
- Ensure food is hot, fresh and ready for service at the correct time
