We're looking for a creative, commercially minded, and highly organised Event Coordinator and Designer to join our ambitious team. As Event Coordinator and Designer, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of events across the stadium and The Terrace, ensuring every experience is professionally planned, commercially successful, and delivered to the highest standards. We're seeking a confident and energetic events professional who combines creativity with commercial awareness and a passion for outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Creating and delivering an exciting programme of public events, exhibitions, ticketed experiences and private functions
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across exhibitions, celebrations, community events and corporate functions
- Coordinating food and beverage pre-orders for special events and themed dining experiences
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and key stakeholders
- Acting as the primary contact for a range of internal and fan-focused events
- Collaborating closely with operational, marketing and leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Producing event plans, function sheets, financial reports and performance updates
- Managing event budgets and ensuring events achieve targeted profit margins
- Supporting venue sales activity through site visits, networking opportunities and client events
- Maintaining accurate event management records using CRM systems and internal reporting tools
- Monitoring customer feedback and continuously improving the guest experience
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in event coordination, venue sales, hospitality, conferences, exhibitions or event management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, revenue targets or event profitability
- Confidence presenting ideas, hosting clients and representing the venue professionally
- Experience using CRM systems and event management software would be advantageous
- A flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required
