With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to support the delivery of high-quality food across a busy hospitality and event environment.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards while supporting smooth kitchen operations during matchdays, conferences, and premium events.

This role is ideal for someone with strong culinary skills who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service.

Package Description Over 18's: 17 Per hour Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present food to company and venue standards Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section during service Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently and within required service times Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness Follow all allergen and food safety procedures correctly Ensure temperature checks and due diligence records are completed accurately Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams during service Follow all company health & safety procedures and standards Remain organised and efficient during busy service periods Ideal Candidate Previous experience within a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role Experience working within fast-paced hospitality, catering, or event environments Passion for food quality and presentation Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work calmly under pressure during busy services Good understanding of food safety and allergen procedures Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification preferred Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event days
