We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cellar Operator to support the delivery of high-quality beverage operations across Brighton & Hove Albion FC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cellar standards, ensuring product quality, managing stock, and supporting bar operations across matchdays and special events This role is ideal for someone with previous cellar experience who takes pride in maintaining high operational standards and enjoys working within a fast-paced retail environment.

Package Description Over 18's: 12.71 per hour Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Maintain all cellar areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management Change kegs, casks, and gas cylinders safely and efficiently Ensure beer lines are maintained and products are served to quality standards Support with stock rotation and minimise product wastage Carry out regular cellar cleaning and maintenance tasks Support bar teams by ensuring products are available throughout service Ideal Candidate Previous experience working within a cellar environment is essential Good knowledge of draught beer systems and cellar operations Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Physically capable of manual handling duties, including moving kegs and stock Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and matchdays Understanding of health & safety requirements within hospitality operations Commitment to delivering excellent operational standards
