The following position is for a Cellar Operator at Brighton & Hove Albion FC during the 2026/27 Football Season. The role covers matchdays and non-matchdays.

Shift Details: Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) including evening & weekend shifts.

Job Introduction: We're hiring Cellar operators to join the team at Brighton & Hove FC. The successful candidate will support high-quality beverage operations across matchdays, match nights and special events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all cellar areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
  • Change kegs, casks, and gas cylinders safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure beer lines are maintained and products are served to quality standards.
  • Support with stock rotation and minimize product wastage.
  • Carry out regular cellar cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Support bar teams by ensuring products are available throughout service.
