Responsibilities

  • Cook up mouthwatering breakfast options for our on-site team.
  • Ensure hygiene maintenance of all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations before, during & after service.
  • Support chefs with food preparation.
  • Help prepare, serve and replenish food from counters such as hot plates, deli bar, breakfast bars and break down stations at the end of meal periods.
  • Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas.
  • Assist with deliveries and replenishing stock (First in, first out).
  • Serving customers on the till.

Qualifications

  • Work experience required.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others.
  • Customer service skills / engagement.
  • Basic food-handling skills – deli preparation, food presentation on plates etc.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
