What you’ll do:- Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages.
- Support hospitality services including setting up and delivering refreshments.
- Serve customers and operate the till when required.
- Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, utensils, and service areas.
- Refill and maintain vending machines.
- Ensure counters and service areas are fully stocked during service times.
- Support stock rotation, ordering, and stock takes.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
- Report customer feedback, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide cover during holidays and sickness where needed.
- Support occasional ad-hoc functions and events.
- Previous experience in catering or customer service is preferred.
- Food Safety Certificate desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and organised.
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
