Board Trustee (Voluntary Role) - Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation - No fixed place of work - UK Board Trustee (Voluntary Role) - Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation (UK & Ireland) The Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation (SH) is looking to appoint up to 6 Trustees to join its Board to support our next phase of growth across the UK & Ireland.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in Marketing, HR/Engagement, Policy & Advocacy, Legal, Data, Account Management or Sales.

Stop Hunger is Sodexo's only philanthropic cause, working to tackle food insecurity and its root causes by supporting communities through employment pathways, skills development, women and youth empowerment, and long-term partnerships.

As a Trustee, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy, strengthening governance and ensuring the Foundation delivers meaningful, measurable impact.

What you'll do Help set and oversee the Foundation's strategy and long-term direction Ensure strong governance, complianceand ethical leadership Offer independent judgement and constructive challenge in Board discussions Act as an ambassador for SH both internally and externally What we're looking for Experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, HR/Engagement, Policy & Advocacy, Legal, Data, Account Management or Sales Ability to contribute independently to strategic decision and governance Alignment with Stop Hunger's mission and values What you can expect A meaningful opportunity to shape the direction of a purpose-led Foundation The chance to apply your expertise to tackle food insecurity Key details Voluntary role Board meets quarterly with additional engagement as required
