Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Receptionists & Porters to deliver a specific standard of Guest experience.
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Business Event Centre and Main Reception.
- Complete monthly team rotas, deliver staff team briefings and training, as required.
- Assist in menu planning, food presentation and meeting room catering service standards.
- Deliver the highest standards of customer service and be the first point of contact for delegates/visitors.
- Collate end of month department data and reports as requested by FOH Manager.
- Undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested.
- Manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates.
- Supervise & coordinate the corporate meetings within the Business Event Centre.
What you’ll do:
- Experience of following and ensuring implementation of Health and Safety Procedures.
- Experience of undertaking conference and events coordination.
