Sodexo is seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to shape strategy across a large estate in Northern Ireland. You will lead development of estate strategies, masterplans, feasibility studies and project blueprints, ensuring delivery aligns with governance and best practice.
Reporting to the Estate Strategy and Planning Manager, you will manage in-house architects, coordinate external design teams, and contribute to business cases, design standards and decarbonisation efforts.
