The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 Β£ per hour.

20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00am till 10:00am, Β£12.21 per hour.

Job Introduction

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the prompt and efficient preparation and servicing of all bins and stock areas, while ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit meets the high standards outlined in our Service Level Agreement. If you take pride in creating tidy, well-maintained spaces and enjoy making a visible difference every day, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by ensuring all areas, bins, and cleaning stations are kept to high standards and fully stocked.
  • Follow all statutory regulations, company policies, and complete due diligence records accurately.
  • Take necessary steps to maintain the safety and security of areas under Sodexo control.
  • Assist other sites or cover for colleagues during holidays, sickness, or as needed.
  • Attend training, meetings, and support the Line Manager in managing Sodexo services on site.

What We Are Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence and aged 25 or over (for insurance purposes).
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of COSHH preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and work schedules.
