As a Barista at Sodexo, you\’ll craft exceptional coffee and serve delicious food from our diverse menu — think cakes, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and toasties. Located atStoke Mandeville Hospital, you\’ll help create a welcoming environment that eases the stress of hospital visits by offering warm hospitality and friendly, professional conversations with patients, staff, and visitors alike.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep your workspace clean, organised, and in line with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling transactions at the till
  • Follow Sodexo’s cash-handling policies to ensure security and accuracy

What you bring:

  • A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a great team spirit
  • Experience with espresso machines or a willingness to learn barista skills and food prep
  • Experience in a similar role is required
  • Confidence using a cash register or EPOS system
  • A passion for creating a clean, safe, and positive environment
