We\’re looking for a flexible and customer-focused Catering & Barista Assistant to join our team. In this role, you\’ll help deliver exceptional food and beverage service across a busy site – including preparing drinks and meals, supporting front-of-house service, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in excellent customer service, and can adapt to a variety of tasks across food preparation and retail service.

What you\’ll do:

  • Prepare, cook and serve food and drinks to brand and safety standards
  • Operate tills, handle cash, and follow opening/closing procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance in all areas (equipment, dining area, kitchen)
  • Support stock control, deliveries, and stock rotation
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks and health & safety checks
  • Work flexibly across Barista and Food Service Assistant duties
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and management
