- Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
- Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
- Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues
- Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
- Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area
