As Back of House Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team responsible for the heartbeat of our kitchen and event operations. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly — from maintaining pristine cleanliness to keeping stock organised, equipment maintained, and standards sky‑high.

What You\’ll Do
- Deliver consistent operational excellence across all BOH areas
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to perform with pride and precision
- Manage stock control, storage, and monthly inventory reporting
- Ensure all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Oversee event setup and logistics, ensuring every detail is in place
- Support recruitment, induction, and training to build an engaged, high‑performing team
- Drive safety, efficiency, and sustainability across all BOH operations

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, events, or catering operations
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Knowledge of health, safety, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including events and weekend
