As Back of House Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team responsible for the heartbeat of our kitchen and event operations. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly — from maintaining pristine cleanliness to keeping stock organised, equipment maintained, and standards sky‑high.

What You\’ll Do

  • Deliver consistent operational excellence across all BOH areas
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to perform with pride and precision
  • Manage stock control, storage, and monthly inventory reporting
  • Ensure all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Oversee event setup and logistics, ensuring every detail is in place
  • Support recruitment, induction, and training to build an engaged, high‑performing team
  • Drive safety, efficiency, and sustainability across all BOH operations

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, events, or catering operations
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Knowledge of health, safety, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including events and weekend
