You'll play a key role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised and running smoothly in a professional, fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, utensils and equipment. Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation and general kitchen duties. Ensure dishes, pots and equipment are washed efficiently and returned to the appropriate areas. Dispose of waste safely and correctly, following site procedures. Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages or requirements to the appropriate person. Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations at all times. What you'll bring: A positive, friendly attitude with a strong team-working approach. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and hygiene. Reliable and willing to support the wider kitchen team when needed. Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential.
