Responsibilities and duties
maintenance, snow clearance and gritting. Keep the estate clean, tidy and safe through litter picking, bin maintenance and monitoring of outdoor areas. Safely operate grounds maintenance equipment, complete daily checks and follow all Health & Safety, RAMS and PPE requirements. Provide general facilities support, including minor handyman tasks, office moves, assisting contractors and supporting site projects and sustainability initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, or a similar role, with good knowledge of relevant equipment and safe working practices.
- Good attention to detail, pride in maintaining high standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit for outdoor manual work in all weather conditions; a full UK driving licence is preferred.
