Responsibilities
- Motivate and supervise your cleaning team, ensuring all contracted tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of various areas including kitchens, toilets and communal spaces, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables such as toilet paper, cleaning products and appliances.
- Identify and report any safety hazards, conducting regular safety walks to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or supervisory role, with good knowledge of cleaning solutions and their appropriate use.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and health and safety.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be over 18 for insurance purposes to drive a company vehicle on site.
- Due to security requirements, must have been continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
Working Hours
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. Flexibility may be required to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
