  • Reconciling verified asset data against existing CAFM (Maximo) records, identifying gaps and discrepancies
  • Updating and maintaining asset records, including condition, location, attributes and lifecycle data
  • Ensuring all asset handovers linked to Contract Change Notices (CCNs) are fully captured and documented
  • Maintaining robust audit trails in line with PFI contractual and governance requirements
  • Supporting compliance with asset management procedures, statutory obligations and internal controls
  • Working with the Projects Team, Technical Administrator and Help desk Manager to ensure asset data aligns with operational needs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for asset data queries within the Hard FM team

  • Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems, ideally Maximo
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational and project teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
