Heritage Portfolio in Scotland, part of Sodexo Live!, offers an apprentice Commis Chef role across our leisure and events venues. You will learn to prepare, cook and present high-quality food while pursuing a Diploma in Professional Cookery through a Chef Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 5.
The programme lasts about 12 months with 40 hours per week. No prior experience required; bring genuine interest in food and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
