Sodexo is hiring a Prison Offender Manager to join the Integrated Offender Management Unit at HMP Bronzefield. You will manage a caseload of women in custody, providing structured support, risk assessment and planning to reduce reoffending and aid reintegration into the community.
You will work with probation services, prison departments and external partners to coordinate interventions, maintain documentation and contribute to safe, rehabilitative outcomes.
