As a Multi Skilled Security Operative at Sevington Inland Border Facility, Ashford, Kent you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, safe and positive environment for all employees, visitors and clients. This position requires a dependable individual who can remain alert, enforce site protocols and respond effectively to various situations. You will be a visible presence on site, combining vigilance with excellent customer service to support Sodexo’s commitment to operational excellence and safety. Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times while carrying out duties to the highest level. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process. Provide assistance to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and policies are adhered to. Liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support. Continuously monitor site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures and maintain accurate site records such as reference materials, incident forms and the site occurrence book to foster strong working relationships with our on‑site client.
