Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process. Provide assistant to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and polices are adhered too. To liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support. Continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures. Maintaining site records such as reference materials, incident forms and site occurrence book. To develop excellent working relationships with our on site client. What You Will Bring: A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence - essential for this role. A strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner. Good observational awareness and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when needed.
