The Integrated Offender Management Unit (IOMU) sits at the heart of HMP Bronzefield, providing vital administrative support to ensure every prisoner has a purposeful and well-structured plan throughout their sentence and beyond. As an IOMU Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file management, diary coordination, and handling internal and external correspondence.
- Act as the single point of contact for Public Protection and Safeguarding matters, ensuring timely communication with relevant agencies.
- Liaise effectively with external partners such as Probation Services, Social Services, and Courts.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate meetings for Parole Reviews, Sentence Planning Boards, and other key activities.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and security requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Package Description:
