Heritage Portfolio, part of Sodexo Live!, is offering an Apprentice Commis Chef role in Edinburgh. You will learn to prepare, cook and present high-quality food while gaining the Diploma in Professional Cookery at SCQF Level 5.
The apprenticeship runs for about 12 months and you’ll train in a busy kitchen across our leisure and event venues in Scotland. You do not need prior experience; a genuine interest in food, reliability and a willingness to learn are valued.
