You’ll be responsible for providing a 5‑star cleaning service in line with service level agreements, using equipment and chemicals correctly, and maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards. With a proactive approach, you’ll take ownership of tasks, respond to any issues efficiently, and help create a positive and well‑maintained space for everyone.
What You’ll Do:
- Demonstrate competence in daily tasks while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and performance
- Deliver cleaning duties efficiently in line with schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and COSHH regulations, including correct use of PPE and chemicals
- Communicate effectively with team leaders, managers, colleagues, and building users, maintaining a polite and professional approach
- Report issues promptly (e.g. damages, hazards, suspicious activity) and ensure compliance with security procedures
- Show flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude, including attending training, supporting colleagues, and suggesting improvements
