We are now seeking an Estate Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team.
What you'll do
- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Estate Strategy, Estate Management Strategy and Asset Management Strategy.
- Develop and oversee long-term estate planning, including a 10-year Estate Programme of Work and 15-year Masterplans and Blueprint designs.
- Manage the production of Strategic and Local Asset Management Plans, Asset-Level Plans and the annual State of the Estate Report.
- Translate asset condition, utilisation, risk and performance data into clear, evidence-based estate strategies and investment plans.
- Lead the development of estate-wide Master Plans, spatial strategies and design standards to support refurbishment, new build and estate rationalisation.
- Oversee early-stage project development (RIBA Stages 0–1), including strategic definition, business case development and production of Development Briefs.
- Work collaboratively with the PMO and Project teams to ensure projects transition effectively from planning into delivery.
- Develop and maintain the Projects Dossier, ensuring estate investment priorities are aligned with business objectives.
