We’re hiring for Kiosk Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 Football Season. This role involves working on Matchdays and Non-match days, including evenings and weekends, in a lively stadium environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling and preparing Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks
- Processing payments using the tills
- Restocking food and drink items
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Providing excellent customer service
- Serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality preferred but not essential
