We’re hiring for Kiosk Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 Football Season. This role involves working on Matchdays and Non-match days, including evenings and weekends, in a lively stadium environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling and preparing Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks
  • Processing payments using the tills
  • Restocking food and drink items
  • Welcoming guests and taking orders
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality preferred but not essential
  • Good communication and team skills
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • A flexible, proactive attitude
