The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

35 hours per week full time contract – Subject to full Airport ID and completion of 3 months’ probation. £ per hour. Shift Pattern is 4 on 2 off. Mix of early and late shift. Guaranteed overtime. Any employee benefits, rewards and recognition.

About the Role

Chef at Etihad Airways Lounge Heathrow Airport T4. We’re experience makers and relationship builders. Most people only dream of being at the most exclusive places or out-of-this world events. Daily food production and preparation for all services including Breakfast, Salad Bar, all proteins, cold sweets, cakes, scones etc. Follow Menu Cycle, ensuring quantities, portion size and production methods are always adhered to. Making full use of any leftover food. Tasting of all dishes prepared and adjusted where necessary. Ensure all counters are set up to the company’s high standard using in house Planograms. Completion of wastage records, temperature records, delivery records & cleaning schedules. Reporting any discrepancies to your Line Manager / Supervisor. Ensure that a ready supply of all service items are available at all times, liaising with front of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers. Always ensure correct Portion Control. Ensure back of house is always kept clean and tidy, including all fridges & freezers, report any breakdowns & malfunctions. Comply with all legal & company procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety & personal hygiene. Assisting the Head Chef with stock take, orders & special days. Deputising for the Head Chef in his absence. Assist with the daily cleaning. Carry out any reasonable request from any member of the management team at any time. Report to the Duty Manager / Head Chef at the end of the shift.
