Sodexo Live West of Scotland are now hiring experienced Managers/Supervisors to join our team within the iconic Hamilton Park Racecourse. We are experience makers:

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensuring you brief staff before service, making sure they are comfortable in their role
  • Communication with chefs and kitchen porters throughout service
  • Sound understanding of dietary requirements
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Treat all our guests like a VIP
  • Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
  • Inputting orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations

Must be available to work on 25th June and 1st Aug. Proven experience in hospitality management. Customer focused mindset. Problem solving and decision making. Good attention to detail and punctuality. Strong leadership and communication skills.
