The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Casual hours typically between either 4:15am - 12:45pm & 12:30pm - 9:00pm. Shift pattern generally 3 on 3 off late & early shifts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
  • Disposing of rubbish
  • Organising linen laundry
  • Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

Kitchen experience is required. You should be highly motivated, have attention to detail, and be able to work on your own initiative within a team environment. A good positive attitude is essential.
