As part of our fabulous management events team, you will be delivering outstanding service to some of Edinburgh’s best venues, including magnificent stately homes, iconic city buildings, museums, galleries and even a palace!
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the food / beverage operation, managing and supporting a team of staff, delegating tasks to ensure optimal service is delivered.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency across the site.
- Use your experience and leadership skills to provide and deliver a successful, exceptional, unforgettable experience for our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure casual and agency teams are fully briefed and given their allocated break time.
- Ensure profitability through protection of the company’s asset and stock.
- Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy.
- Maximise sales opportunities through upselling where possible.
- Ensure that you and your team adhere to company procedures regarding allergens.
- Ensure guests are served in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What you’ll bring:
