This is an incredible opportunity to join our team at Sodexo Live! St James’ Park, Newcastle United Football Club for season 2025/26. Following on from our biggest season yet, we are looking to start the new upcoming season where we left off.

- Attend pre-match and de-brief meetings at specified times with the Stadium Retail Catering Manager
- Check opening stock on all nominated catering outlets
- Document any alterations on Team Leaders stock sheet
- Transfer skims/stock to various locations
- Brief all catering staff prior to service
- Ensure all catering outlets are ready to start service at the scheduled time of opening
- Assist Team Leaders when necessary
- Recognise staff potential and promote staff development and incentives
- Complete and sign all relevant documentation as laid down by company procedures
- Deal with customer complaints or feedback efficiently and in a professional manner escalating any issues to senior management.
- Carry out stock checks at designated times
- Carry out security checks as laid down in company procedures
- Be flexible & adaptable to changes
- To comply fully with all regulations relating to Food safety and health and Safety.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including uniform policy, ensuring all staff are also adhering to these
- Wear all allocated uniform and PPE for all shifts and follow hygiene guidelines
- Ensuring correct and hygiene handling (processing) of food items is maintained
- To partake in any training as required by both legislation and the Company
- Check catering outlet at end of service for cleanliness and ensuring any subsequent cleaning required is completed
- Any other duty that is of a reasonable request
- Being friendly yet professional
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in cash handling and stock control
