Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team during matchdays.
• Support the Executive Head Chef.
• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Bring creativity and maintain high quality of food.
• Be friendly yet professional and a team player.
• Resolve conflicts and handle criticism constructively.
• Maintain punctuality and attention to detail.
• Be proactive in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience within hospitality or catering.
• Experience working matchdays or events preferred.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team.
