Deliver a professional workplace experience in a global corporate environment. Sodexo is seeking a professional and customer-focused Workplace Hub Assistant to join our team at Euroclear in London. This role acts as a key point of contact for all workplace users, supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of a high-profile corporate office. You will deliver a front-of-house, concierge-style service, ensuring employees, clients, and visitors receive a consistent, high-quality experience. Working within a collaborative facilities team, you will support workplace operations across meeting rooms, office floors, events, and shared spaces, while maintaining strong standards in safety, compliance, and presentation.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for workplace users, assisting with queries, requests, and building support.
  • Welcome visitors and colleagues, providing a professional and friendly front-of-house experience.
  • Support meeting room and event set-ups, including furniture arrangements and workspace preparation.
  • Carry out regular floor walks and workspace checks, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and ready for use.
  • Monitor and maintain shared spaces, stationery hubs, and workplace supplies.
  • Log and manage requests using the Facilities Management system (e.g. SNOW) and elevate issues where required.
  • Support mailroom and courier services, including distribution and dispatch.
  • Assist with client events, conferences, and workplace activities.
  • Work closely with security and service partners to ensure compliant visitor management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, including waste reporting, compliance documentation, and workplace data.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following health, safety, and environmental procedures.
