Play a vital role in delivering service excellence across Sodexo’s supply network. As a Supply Solutions Consultant, you’ll be part of our central Supply Management service centre, providing high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to expert for queries across Sodexo’s preferred supply chain - covering SES, Food and Indirect spend - while confidently navigating policies, procedures and multiple systems to resolve complex issues. Balancing site expectations with our commitment to service excellence, you’ll help deliver against KPIs and support business growth through key mobilisation activities, including large-scale linking requests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a quality support service for our internal customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Gather and impart knowledge of Sodexo commercial policies and procedures.
- Operate as the main point of contact for queries across all spend families (SES, Food and Indirect) and issues from internal and external customers.
- Support customers in making effective use of purchasing information available to them.
- Respond proactively to customer demands by identifying what is required and providing appropriate responses.
- Maintain accurate log entries of all calls received with issue details, contact information, issue tracking and resolution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A confident communicator with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Be confident in making and receiving calls.
- Previous experience of a contact centre / helpdesk environment (preferred).
- Resourcefulness/competent problem-solving skills.
- Drive to find solutions using initiative and aptitude.
- Flexible and adaptive to business requirements.
