About the Role
As a Domestic Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective domestic service across wards and departments. You will manage and motivate a team of domestic staff, ensuring cleaning standards meet contractual and infection control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and deploy domestic staff, creating weekly rotas and managing workloads.
- Monitor cleaning standards and take remedial action where necessary.
- Control and issue cleaning materials and equipment within budget.
- Recruit, train, and develop domestic staff, conducting appraisals and managing performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with payroll processes.
