We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative with a plumbing bias to join our on-site engineering team within a pharmaceutical environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard of safety, compliance, and operational performance. You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day site activities while working closely with the wider team, clients, and suppliers.
What you'll do:
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance via the CMMS system
- Complete plumbing tasks including repairs, leaks, and small installations
- Conduct Legionella checks in line with L8 requirements
- Perform air testing, effluent sampling, and general site compliance tasks
- Maintain air conditioning filters and support general building repairs
- Ensure all work is completed in line with GMP
