Make a meaningful difference every day. We’re looking for a warm, proactive and service‑driven Ward Host to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you’ll help create a calm, welcoming environment for patients while ensuring they receive nutritious, well‑presented meals that support their recovery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and serving patient meals in a hygienic, safe and organised manner
- Engaging with patients to ensure they feel comfortable, supported and well cared for
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure all food orders are accurate and timely
- Keeping the ward pantry clean, tidy and compliant with all hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting the Ward Host Manager and Supervisor to meet service level agreements and health & safety requirements
- Completing all required audit and quality documentation
- Ensuring individual dietary needs are understood and catered for
- Carrying out ad‑hoc duties to support the smooth running of the service
