We currently have an opportunity for Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. This opportunity will be to work at Matchdays and Non-matchdays, making it a great chance for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

Package Description

  • £13.55 per hour
  • Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts
  • Casual Contract

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff
  • Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures
  • Completing relevant documentation as required by the company
  • Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression
  • Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures
  • Confident and knowledgeable to assist guests with queries and resolve any issues
  • Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards
  • Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area

  • Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue
  • Team player and confident in managing staff
