Main Responsibilities
- Work proactively during service whilst striving to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
- Assist with food service.
- Work in adherence with Food Allergens information, service procedures and legislation.
- Remain attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
- Ensure all food and beverage products served are of the required standard, well presented, and served in line with service guidelines.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all products stocked, and any applicable promotions.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, with any effective equipment reported.
- Ensure stock and products are rotated as necessary.
- Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or in line with any reasonable request.
- Work in complete adherence to the company procedures set by Sodexo Live! and Newcastle United.

- Experience is desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Being friendly yet professional.
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
- Good attention to detail and punctuality.
