Sodexo Justice Services are seeking a reliable and organised Stores FM Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the Facilities Management stores at HMP Addiewell. HMP Addiewell is a modern learning prison focused on rehabilitation, skills development, and supporting individuals to build positive futures. This is a varied role combining administration, stock control, and operational support within a secure and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders and maintain accurate supplier and stock records
- Receive, check, and book in deliveries
- Maintain purchasing records and prepare reports
- Monitor stock levels and complete stock checks
- Support pick-and-pack operations when required
- Respond to queries and support the smooth running of the stores function
About You
Essential:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a structured environment
Desirable:
- Experience using SAP
- Experience in a facilities, stores, or secure environment
