We are seeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our team at the Diageo Fife Cluster. This is a lone working role, meaning you will be responsible for working independently to clean and service designated areas to the highest standards, as set by our client and Sodexo.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean all allocated areas efficiently and in a timely manner, meeting required standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely, following COSHH guidelines.
- Ensure safety signs are used appropriately at all times.
- Keep cleaning stores tidy, well‑stocked, and ensure equipment is stored safely.
- Comply with all security regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings.
- Report any potential hazards or health & safety infringements to the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in safe working order.
- Adhere to all company and client policies, including Health & Safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire safety, and COSHH.
- Wear correct PPE at all times, including safety shoes.

- Essential
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Experience working to a cleaning schedule.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Desirable
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, BICS, COPCS, COSHH).
