  • Take pride in the details by spotting and addressing any issues, defects, or spillages promptly, and reporting Health & Safety concerns immediately.
  • Work safely at all times, completing equipment checks, following P&G site rules, and complying with all Sodexo and statutory Health & Safety requirements.
  • Be organised and reliable, keeping cleaning cupboards, equipment, and supplies tidy, completing weekly schedules, and undertaking all required training on time.
  • Work confidently both independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility, a proactive approach, and supporting additional tasks such as Starbucks machine cleaning when trained.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine pride in delivering excellent standards of cleanliness.
  • Professional, flexible, and reliable, with a strong commitment to high standards.
  • Clear and confident communication skills when working with both Sodexo colleagues and client teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a positive and supportive team member.

  • Mental health & wellbeing support
  • Employee Assistance Programme for personal, legal, and financial advice
  • 24/7 virtual GP & lifestyle rewards
