You’ll be the visible, trusted expert who turns compliance into clear, everyday behaviours: coaching managers, sharpening our integrated management system, and driving a genuine zero-harm culture across all IFM services. Reporting to the Contract & Compliance Manager and partnering closely with the Partnership Director, you’ll set the pace on statutory training and competency, dig into incidents with real root-cause rigour, and use data to spot trends before they become issues, always keeping client expectations front and centre.
If you’re NEBOSH-qualified, confident across hard and soft FM, and at your best influencing on the floor as well as in the boardroom, this is your chance to make a visible, lasting impact where it matters most: people going home safe, every day.
What you’ll do
- Develop and lead the operation and promotion of an integrated management system, encompassing a proactive health and safety culture, utilising Sodexo management systems policies and procedures including risk assessments and accident prevention.
- Provide appropriate independent accident / incident investigation advice and undertake root cause analysis
- Drive a zero harm culture encouraging the reporting and close out of unsafe acts, behaviours and environments
- Provide comprehensive and practical advice to managers on best practice
- Work closely with the senior management team to identify key risks and issues, share best practice and assist with preparation for Client meetings and queries

- Commitment to HSE management and experience within a senior Health and Safety role
