Sodexo is looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our welcoming team in Grays, Essex. What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day cleaning operations across the site, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Making sure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Taking pride in maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facilities.
- Supporting, motivating, and guiding the cleaning team, stepping in with hands-on support when needed.
- Playing a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone on site.

- A passion for delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Professional, flexible, and reliable, with a strong eye for detail and pride in your work.
