What you will do:
- Lead the day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring services are delivered to the agreed standards and within budget.
- Provide clear direction and expertise to the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are allocated, completed, and closed out effectively via the Helpdesk system.
- Work proactively with the Facilities Management team to anticipate customer needs and promote a strong “can-do” culture.
- Build strong local customer relationships, managing feedback, compliments, and complaints (VOC/VOP), and driving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all Nestlé and Sodexo performance indicators, statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
- Carry out daily team huddles, ensure accurate reporting, support transformational activities, and contribute to site strategic objectives.
- Lead in-house training and support staff development in line with the Training and Development Plan.
What you will bring:
- At least two years’ experience in a customer-facing role, with proven supervisory or team-leader capability.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence delivering messages clearly, professionally, and at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective, positive working relationships.
- A natural problem-solver with intuitive judgement, proactive thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using computer systems and leading meetings or daily briefings.
- A team player with a flexible approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer care.
