About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations professional to join our operational support team, supporting cleaning service delivery across multiple client sites in Leinster. This is not a site-based management role. Instead, you will act as a key support partner to operational teams, helping drive operational excellence, service consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across contracts. This role would suit someone coming from a Cleaning Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Cleaning Manager background who has strong operational knowledge, understands the day‑to‑day challenges of service delivery, and can support teams with practical, hands‑on guidance. You will also support mobilisations, service improvements, and tender activities alongside operational and commercial teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support operational teams across multiple cleaning contracts in Leinster
- Drive operational excellence, service consistency, and compliance standards
- Conduct site reviews, audits, and operational support visits
- Coach and support site management teams on cleaning best practice and service delivery
- Assist with labour planning, contractual hours, and operational efficiencies
- Work closely with central support teams on KPIs, reporting, and compliance activities
- Support contract mobilisations and implementation of new services
- Contribute to tender submissions and bid support activities from an operational perspective
- Promote a strong health & safety and “zero harm” culture across all sites
What We’re Looking For
Essential- Strong operational experience within contract cleaning or soft services
- Background as a Cleaning Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar
- Experience supporting multiple sites or mobile operations
- Strong understanding of cleaning operations, staffing, and service delivery standards
- Commercial awareness including labour management, contractual hours, or budgets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to support and influence teams
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience supporting mobilisations, tenders, or service improvements
- IOSH or relevant health & safety qualification
- Facilities Management or contract services experience
