What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve meals to high standards
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support the Head Chef and wider catering team
- Prepare special dietary meals as required
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a similar catering or chef role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- A positive attitude and passion for food service
