Package Description:
- ÂŁ12.50 Per hour
- Able to commit to Match Days
- Opportunities to work Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks
- Presenting our awardâwinning food to guests
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Serving in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner while keeping the workspace clean and safe
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and consistently professional
- A strong team player who can handle feedback and help resolve challenges calmly
- Exceptional attention to detail, punctual, and wellâpresented
